Caitlin serves as our Church Administrator and is one of the people helping keep things organized, connected, and looking good behind the scenes! She manages church communications, social media and the website, sound and media, member records, photography, graphic design, and she helps coordinate and decorate for church events—which may just be her favorite part of the job. If there’s something to organize, plan, photograph, or make pretty, Caitlin is probably somewhere nearby!
Caitlin and her husband, Roman, have been married since May 24, 2018. Together they have two cats, a Siamese named Pancake, and an orange tabby named Miso. They began attending our church in early 2022 and joined the church through baptism on July 17, 2022. Later, she joined our staff in January 2024. Roman serves as our Associate and Youth Pastor, and together they help lead and teach our teens. She and Roman enjoy serving through local missions and outreach, including our food pantry, Senior Angel gifting, and Christmas caroling at local nursing homes.
She has a special heart for missions, discipleship, and encouraging women in their walk with Christ. Caitlin and Roman are currently preparing to move to Japan in late 2027 to serve as missionaries—something God has placed deeply on both of their hearts. She hopes to complete training to become a church counselor once in Japan. She cares deeply for those struggling in life with their mental health and enjoys listening to others while offering spiritual advice or help, with the ultimate goal of leading them closer to Jesus for true healing. One of her favorite passages of Scripture is Psalm 23 and its reminder of the Lord’s faithful guidance, provision, and presence.
Outside of church, Caitlin is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and trying dishes she's never had before—but don't bother handing her a menu once she gets there. She's already researched it, studied her options, and decided what she's ordering before she ever left the house. She also enjoys traveling, experiencing new places and cultures, and chronically planning every last detail of the trip down to a themed itinerary.
At home, despite her love for trying new foods, she somehow always finds her way back to Hot Cheetos (her favorite snack). She also has a habit of narrating everyday life through completely made-up songs that will likely never be heard again. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and watercolor painting (especially making bookmarks). When settling in for the night, she likes to get cozy with a fluffy blanket, bowl of popcorn, and a good anime or J-drama. In preparation for her mission and to support her love for Japan, she also frequently studies Japanese and takes tutoring lessons twice a week.
